Getting closer to the end of the evening we had a couple more performances left on the outdoor stage. The group up next is Odd Future, and if you don’t know who they are then I don’t think I really begin to explain them.This was going to be my first time seeing them perform and had heard a lot of interesting things about their show,especially the energy between them and the crowd so I was excited to see this set. They like Living Legends are having a great amount of success being themselves and doing what they want to do all while having fun. But much like the previous groups I mentioned having heavy ties in the skateboard community this group has just the same, especially being they skate as well. They make music that is maybe a little more hardcore to some then most hip-hop acts (I can’t recall ever seeing a mosh-pit at a hip-hop show) or maybe that is just the crowds reaction to it. Either way they are doing their thing and a lot of people are trying to figure out what it is or what’s their secret. I say sit back,relax and enjoy the show.
